Home Funding can set up, manage and report upon your Bond Management Programme, in accordance with all Bond regulatory and compliance documentation. Moreover, we provide the necessary reporting to interested parties and a main point of contact for Rating Agencies and Investors for the management information on the underlying assets.

Our experienced team offers a comprehensive range of services including:

  • assistance in the definition of Bond documentation, reflecting regulatory compliance, and current ‘best practice’.
  • liaison with Rating Agencies prior to programme launch and provision of all necessary information required to enable them to rate Bonds.
  • liaison with investors prior to deal launch and attendance on investor “road-shows”, in order to ensure successful launch of deal.
  • establishment of all necessary accounting frameworks to support programme and opening of any necessary bank accounts to enable cash to be dealt with in accordance with Bond programme.
  • oversight of any Third Party Servicers to ensure compliance with Bond documentation and any regulatory requirements.
  • oversight, or preparation, of Bond Programme cash-flow models, ensuring all cash received from borrowers is applied in accordance with applicable Bond Programme, and all payments to Bond holders and other parties are prepared in a timely manner.
  • oversight, or preparation, of any contractual investor reporting, including reporting to Rating Agencies, and ensuring all reporting meets current “best practice” guidelines.
  • monitoring and managing compliance with agreed policies and processes.
